At Féis, it’s required for all new clients to start with a consultation. Depending on your goals we will then put you on a treatment plan to reflect what is trying to be achieved in clinic.

Here at Féis, it’s recommended to budget anywhere from $300-$700 if you are serious about changing your skin and seeing results. Our Founder and Master Esthetician prefers every client to be on a full regimen specifically curated by her, for optimal skin health. When it comes to skin, it is a true investment and requires commitment just like when starting a fitness journey it’s 80% what you do at home and 20% what you do with your trainer. Our goal is to make skincare essential and accessible so don’t worry if you can’t make the initial investment. Book a consult with us and our esthetician will start you off with products that fit your range and schedule you for a treatment at a later date. We work with all budgets big or small, but please be prepared to invest!

Upon booking your first consultation, during the 45-min appointment you and the esthetician will talk about your concerns and expectations. We ask that if you are taking any medications, are under a physician, or on any current medications/supplements please bring them with you. Also, it’s recommended that if you are using any products for your skin please feel free to bring them as well. We will go over your diet, lifestyle, stressors, and budget to come up with a skincare game plan.

We ask that you arrive to your first appointment with us 10-15 min early to get checked in and sign any required paperwork before treatment begins. We kindly ask that you arrive with absolutely no makeup. However, we understand that some clients may be coming from work, so we understand if you can’t do so but understand removal will cut into your scheduled time.

We understand how new skincare can be fun and exciting but please refrain from purchasing new products until you meet with our esthetician.

If it’s been 3+ months since your last appointment with us, we recommend starting with a consultation.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your scheduled appointment, we kindly ask you to call or text 48hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in being charged according to our policies.

Yes, if you book a consultation and same day treatment, then you will receive a $50 credit that goes toward a new regimen.
