cancellation, late, & no show policy

Things happen, and here at Féis, we understand missing or canceling an appointment is inevitable. If you are unable to make your appointment and need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so before 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you do not cancel or reschedule before 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, y our card on file will be charged 50% of the service you were originally booked for.

If you anticipate being over 15 minutes late, please contact us for appropriate arrangements. If you do not arrive on time, the service will be shortened.

If you do not show to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service you were booked for. For future appointments, you will be required to pay a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. After two "no-shows," you can no longer book future appointments.

CONFIRMING YOUR APPOINTMENT:

You MUST confirm your appointment 48 hours before your appointment. If you do not confirm before 48 hours of your appointment, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged 50% of the appointment you were scheduled for. If you decide to change the type of service you are booked for, please let us know 48 hours in advance. Please do so to avoid being charged for the original service you were originally booked for. We plan our days out specifically for you! Please be considerate of our time and our other clients' time as well.

refund & exchange policy

Féis Aesthetics will accept returns on all unopened or gently used products within 7 days of receipt for spa credit. If you have an issue with an item please bring it to our attention immediately so that we may find an alternative. If you have a defective product or damaged product from shipping please bring it in clinic within 7 days of your purchase so we may exchange it with the company. If you are virtual, please email feisaesthetics@gmail.com titled as “Product Defect” with photos or videos of the damaged merchandise within 7 days of purchase. 

extra guest policy

Due to the environment of our space, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing additional guest. This is to include children.

No tip policy

Beginning January 1, 2024, Feis Aesthetics will no longer accept tips. Although we appreciate the gesture, we have decided to stop accepting tips due to the current economic state. We understand that skincare treatments can be an investment and the added pressure of leaving a tip can make it even more challenging to truly invest in your overall skin health. Our goal is to make professional skincare accessable to everyone, and by accepting tips, we feel that we are deviating from our mission.

Instead of tipping your aesthetician at Féis, we encourage you to support us in other ways. You can

  • Refer friends and family to Féis Aesthetics

  • Purchase products recommended by your aesthetician directly through Feis or our supported links

  • Leave us a review on Google, Vagaro, or Facebook

  • Provide us with feedback on how we can improve your experience.
